Sumatran Struggles
The Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) is critically endangered, with about 70 individuals left. They roam the forests of Sumatra, preying on deer and wild boar. Deforestation and poaching for their pelts and bones have decimated their population. Do we really need tiger pelts as fancy rugs?
Striped Shadows
These tigers are apex predators, maintaining the balance of their ecosystem by controlling prey populations. Without them, the jungle would be overrun with herbivores. It’s time to ensure their roar continues to echo through the forests. Let’s give these striped shadows a fighting chance to thrive.
