Crows are highly intelligent and social birds, often seen in urban areas scavenging for food. They have excellent problem-solving skills and can use tools to obtain food. Crows communicate through a variety of calls and are known for their loud, cawing voices. They are also very protective of their territory and can remember human faces, holding grudges or showing affection based on past interactions.
Making Friends with Crows
To befriend a crow, start by leaving shiny objects and small food offerings in your yard. Crows are attracted to both and will investigate. Be consistent in your offerings and avoid sudden movements. Over time, they will recognize you and may even bring you small gifts in return. Building trust with a crow takes time, but their intelligence and curiosity make it a rewarding experience.
