Halima’s journey began in Timbuktu, Mali, when doctors discovered she was carrying multiple fetuses. With limited medical facilities in Mali, she was transferred to a specialized hospital in Morocco. The journey itself could be an epic tale of its own, filled with anxious moments and hopeful prayers. The challenges of traveling while heavily pregnant with nine babies were immense, but Halima faced them with incredible courage and determination.
