Dorothy let the cops in, sensing something was wrong. The officers explained Michael’s defense and asked to investigate Aiden himself. With Dorothy’s permission, they scanned the toddler for any hidden devices. Dorothy watched anxiously as the police conducted their search, hoping for answers to her son’s strange behavior.
The police found no signs of a recording device on Aiden’s body, much to Dorothy’s relief. However, Aiden’s behavior remained unexplained. The police left, promising to keep in touch. Dorothy felt confused and unsettled, knowing that the mystery was far from solved. She couldn’t shake the feeling that something was still wrong.
