Avoid a UTI by Using the Bathroom After a Bath
A lovely long soak in the bath is the perfect tonic after a long and stressful day at work. Just imagine yourself soaking in that sweet hot water for an hour with your favorite book and a glass of wine. You may have even added a scented bath bomb or bath oil into the mix.
However, you may not know that doing this can result in you developing a UTI (urinary tract infection). Fortunately, you can reduce the risk of this happening by paying a visit to the toilet straight after your soak. Also, avoiding bathtime products that are super scented can help too.
