Symptom Description:
Jaundice, or yellowing of the skin and eyes, is a symptom that can be a clear indicator of liver problems, including liver cancer. However, it can be subtle and easily missed if not accompanied by other symptoms.

Jaundice occurs because of the buildup of bilirubin, a yellow pigment that is normally processed by the liver. When the liver is not functioning properly, bilirubin accumulates in the bloodstream, leading to the yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes.
