Nehemiah Persoff – 102
Nehemiah Persoff doesn’t grace our screens as an actor anymore, nor does he paint, but his long-standing contributions to the arts and entertainment industries reflect his extensive talents. For more than five decades, he racked up credits in at least 200 films, TV productions, and stage plays. Perhaps you watched him displaying his acting talents in “The Big Valley,” “Twilight Zone,” or “Yentl.”
Persoff quit acting in 1999 and shifted his efforts to his passion for art. He equally made great strides in the field as a watercolor painter but is now focussing on writing. Persoff settled in Cambria, California, with his wife, Thia, who sadly passed in 2021.
