Promotional images often portray the main pool as an idyllic spot on cruise ships. However, once aboard, the reality sets in as passengers flock to the pool area, quickly filling it to capacity and leaving no chairs available.
What starts as a peaceful getaway quickly turns into an environment filled with loud music and shouting. Additionally, the movement of the ship can cause the pool water to mimic the motion, transforming it into an unsupervised wave pool, adding an element of risk.
