White Wine for Red Stains
A couple of glasses of red wine can be perfect for a girls’ night out. But, it’s less fun when those red stains get on the carpet, chairs, or outfits. Luckily, there’s a fast solution. It might seem like an old wives’ tale, but white wine does actually help to neutralize red stains in an emergency.
This is what you need to do: dab a little white wine on a cloth and apply it to the stain. You can add a few drops of white wine directly if it’s a particularly stubborn stain. Let it soak for 30 minutes, then clean it with a bit of laundry detergent or vinegar.
