Eggs might not cope with the changing temperature of the refrigerator
Where do you keep your eggs? If you ask the people around you, there’s a high chance that you’ll strike a heated debate. That’s because there are many people who swear by keeping their eggs in the refrigerator, while there are others who avoid it entirely. Is there a right answer? It turns out there is.
According to researchers, it’s actually better to keep your eggs in a room temperate environment, because the changing temperatures supposedly force them to leave some of their flavors. By opening and closing the fridge door, you can’t maintain a constant temperature. Instead, keeping them on the counter in their original packaging should keep your eggs fresher for longer.
